1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Giblet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. What Giblet does
Giblet provides a platform that enables users to upload documents for digital signing, send documents to recipients for execution, receive completed signed documents, and generate a permanent proof record associated with the completed document. Giblet does not provide legal advice.
3. User responsibilities
You agree that you have the authority to upload and send documents, that all information you provide is accurate, that you will not use Giblet for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes, and that you are responsible for ensuring documents are appropriate for digital signing.
4. Electronic signatures
By using Giblet, you agree that electronic signatures can provide strong supporting evidence of a signed agreement where permitted by law, and that you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements relevant to your documents. Giblet does not guarantee enforceability in every jurisdiction.
5. Proof record
Giblet generates a proof record linked to completed documents. You acknowledge that the proof record is designed to help verify authenticity and detect tampering, that it does not replace legal advice or legal validation, and that interpretation and use of the proof is your responsibility.
6. Document storage
Signed documents may be stored temporarily on Giblet servers. Storage duration may be limited (for example, 90 days unless otherwise specified). You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your documents. Giblet is not a long-term document storage service.
7. Privacy
Your use of Giblet is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
8. Availability of service
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Giblet is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and features may change over time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giblet is not liable for loss of data, business interruption, indirect or consequential damages, or misuse of the platform. Your use of Giblet is at your own risk.
10. Third-party services
Giblet may rely on third-party services (for example, document signing providers and infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages, third-party data handling practices, or actions taken by those providers.
11. Intellectual property
